The Arizona Supreme Court has finally weighed in with its own COVID-19 Parenting Time Guidelines. You can read them here. The Guidelines appear to be based on Oregon’s guidelines, the work done by the Pima County and Maricopa County Superior Court.

The Maricopa County Superior Court Family Court Department has published guidelines regarding parenting time during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The courts are essentially shut down so parents are on their own in resolving conflicts regarding parenting time during the COVID-19 outbreak. This is a good article about parenting time during the pandemic.
The Yavapai County Superior Court has published Family Court Guidelines at this link. They appear to be very similar to what is happening in Maricopa and Pima counties.
The Pima County Superior Court has published guidelines regarding parenting time in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. As is the case in Maricopa County, the judges in Pima County are making it clear that parenting time orders must be followed unless the parents agree to a different arrangement or the court enters an order to modify the parenting time order.
